We have just had our hot tub installed and I can honestly say Award Leisure is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. Right from the moment we walked in to investigate our options, we were met by Julia, who was really enthusiastic and passionate and was so helpful in ensuring we had the best deal we could afford. We spoke to Julia a few days later to confirm our order and again from that point on the communication was amazing, we were kept informed every step of the way. The installation was the last step and again ran extremely smoothly, the two lads were very pleasant and efficient and talked us through how to use it and the maintenance needed. We are yet to test out the hot tub, due the rainy weather today (typical), however I’m confident that it will be exactly what we wanted. We recommended Award Leisure immediately to family and friends and my sister and brother in law have now ordered there’s! Thank you for everything, Shelley and James.

Love love love our Regency Baron tub. We mainly bought it as I suffer from chronic pain, and it has helped no end. There is nothing better than a lazy hour after been in the office all day! Our kids love it too! Award Leisure were nothing but helpful and are always at the end of a phone. We recently thought we had an issue with pump and my husband called at 9am on a Sunday morning and was given advice over the phone. Turned out we just hadn’t put enough water in the tub!! The patience and aftersales care of the team is second to none. When we upgrade in few years we will def be using A5!!

Our hot tub was installed in November 2016 we love it amazing support from everyone at a5 even now I only have to pop in or call if I need advice on chemicals they are so helpful we love our family time would highly recommend

Had my hot tub installed in November 2016 Tom was the person who sold it to me very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I visited again on Sunday with a problem. Tom was the one I saw again .. Can’t believe he remembered me after 8 months…. Again very helpful and gave me the information I needed to resolve the problem

I had my relocation of my swim spa today from the team at Award Leisure. Daniel organised and coordinated the whole event. What could have been a mammoth task was undertaken with precision and speed. 3 engineers handled the move with reassurance enabling a smooth transition at my new location. I would like to thank Award Leisure for their patience and hard work with this task. I highly recommend this company to purchase their products and for their dedicated after care. Jayne Williams.
